Unsurprisingly, President Oscar Berger cancelled his confidence-building visit to El Salvador.He had earlier bragged that he would travel across to San Salvador by road driving his own car in order to demonstrate how convinced he was that the route was safe, but in the end decided to indefinitely postpone the trip. It wouldn't do to be dead just before Dubya shows up, would it?
