Presidente Oscar Berger has declared Monday September 10 this year as a one-off public holiday to compensate Guatemalans for traveling back to their place of electoral registration, for the Presidential and legislative elections the day before.Presumably they won't get a second break just after what looks like an increasingly-likely second round of voting in November.
