Fiambre is the traditional dish of the Day of the Dead in Guate, and Rudy's post yesterday will tell you everything you need to know about it. Basically, you get around ten different varieties of sausage and chuck in anything else you might find in the fridge. The slide show showing the preparation is worth watching.
