Cabin in the Woods
Last week we were up near San Lucas visiting a friend’s tree-covered plot, and right alongside it there’s this near-completed property advertised as a Casa Estilo Americano, though these premium log cabins also tend to be known here as ‘Canadian’ homes.

I grew up in the woods, yes fire was a major concern. We spent a lot of money and time keeping the encroaching forest culled back. As far as desperadoes, that's what backhoes are for.
